• The fill-in-the-blank format of the Student Workbook follows the text of the Leader’s Guide.
• Space is left for students to write additional notes.
• The student is encouraged to read the gospel of John, with two or three chapters assigned in the Look in the Book section with each lesson. Simple questions and statements are provided to guide the student to successfully read and follow the book of John, encouraging them toward future Bible studies.
• Following each lesson are five Discover It Daily assignments, designed to draw the student into the Bible as they apply what they learned from the previous lesson. These may range from 5 to 20 minutes. It is through these assignments that students are led to read many of the more well-known stories, parables, names, and events in the Bible.
